Agency Program Terms
Last updated 10 July 2026
1. The program & eligibility
The Metamorph Agency Program lets agencies set up Metamorph for their clients and earn a recurring commission on those clients' payments. By registering an agency account you accept these terms; they form part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Companies only. Agency accounts must be registered on behalf of a company, with a valid company name and tax number in the account's company details — commission payouts require an invoice issued by that company.
- Agency accounts are free: they have no subscription, no trial and no pixel slots of their own. To relay events for your own website, use a separate end-user account.
- Clients join through your emailed invite link (valid for 7 days). A client accepts by signing up with the invited email address; attribution is set at signup and is permanent. Existing Metamorph customers can't be re-attributed to an agency.
2. Commission
You earn a 10% commission on every payment a referred client makes to Metamorph — first payments and renewals alike, for as long as the client stays a paying customer.
- The commission base is the net amount of the client's paid invoice: excluding VAT, after any discounts. Free-trial periods involve no payment, so no commission.
- There is no monthly minimum. Commissions accumulate from your very first client payment and are never forfeited for low volume.
- Commissions are recorded automatically when the client's payment succeeds and are visible on your agency dashboard.
- If a client's payment is refunded before the related commission was paid out to you, that commission is reversed.
3. Commission lifecycle
- Pending: each commission waits 8 days after the client's payment (covering payment reversals) before it can mature.
- Payable: after the 8-day wait the commission counts toward your payable balance — with no further condition.
- Paid: covered by a completed payout.
- Refunded: reversed because the client's payment was refunded before the commission was paid out.
4. Payouts
- You can request a payout once your payable balance reaches 100 EUR. A payout request always claims your full payable balance at that moment.
- Every payout requires you to upload an invoice (PDF) issued by your company to Metamorph for the payout amount. We pay by bank transfer using the payment details on your invoice.
- Payout requests are reviewed manually. If an invoice needs a correction we reject the request with a reason — the commissions return to your payable balance and you can resubmit.
- You are responsible for your own taxes on commission income.
5. Client accounts & access
Your agency dashboard lets you view your referred clients and open their accounts ("View account") to help with setup and support. With that access you must:
- act only with your client's knowledge and authorization, and only for setup, monitoring and support;
- keep everything you see in a client's account confidential;
- never perform billing actions on a client's behalf — subscription and payment changes are blocked while viewing a client's account and remain the client's own decisions.
6. Data protection
When you access a referred client's account you may see personal data processed in their Metamorph account. You must comply with applicable data-protection laws (including the GDPR), use such data solely to provide services to that client, and process it no longer than necessary. Our Privacy Policy describes how Metamorph itself processes personal data.
7. Changes, termination & contact
- We may update these program terms; material changes are announced by email or on the dashboard. Continued participation after a change means acceptance.
- Either side may end the participation at any time. Abuse of the program (self-referrals, misleading clients, fake accounts) leads to termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
- If your agency account is closed, already-earned payable commissions are settled per section 4; client accounts themselves are unaffected.
